A product was delivered defective, how can I complain about it?
Unfortunately, it happens that products were damaged in transit or that an error occurred in the packaging at a printing company. In this case, we ask you to take sufficient photos of the damage, the shipping box and the goods as a whole. Simply write us an email or use the contact form and we will explain the next steps to you.
There will usually be no problem with the print being reprinted and sent to you. This will happen as quickly as possible and you will not incur any additional costs.
