Poster - Fruit Owl No. 1 - "Orangina" the orange owl

What would mix of orange and owl look like? This is exactly the thought our artist John Grayst had when he started the Fruit Owls series. Each one of these wonderful and fictitious creatures has something very special and is unique that we only have it.

Of course we wouldn't be the Pixelboys if we didn't have something more to say about the picture: In the picture you can see a beautiful orange owl with glowing plumage. As a rather small owl, it would probably belong to the genus of barn owls (lat. Tytonidae). The scientific name could be Tyto Citrus Sinensis. However, it would also be possible that it is more likely to be assigned to the owls. Then names like Pulsatrix Citrus Sinensis or Pulsatrix Orangina would be conceivable. However, we are neither botanists nor ornithologists and ultimately we can only say one thing: you have never seen a picture like this before! Fruit owls are particularly popular in living spaces such as kitchens, dining rooms or hallways, and then used as posters or acrylic paintings. This particular genus is very sociable and works particularly well alongside one or two other fruit owls. Have a look!
