In the "Sad Robots 2022" section, our artist John Grayst publishes 5 very special pictures with "Lonely". The image shows a lonely robot on a chair in a small, featureless room. The facsimile's central gaze appears to be turned away from the camera. The photo editors suspected that he was staring at a cell phone - a perhaps very human interpretation, but not necessarily incorrect. The artist himself gives no information about a possible deeper meaning. What counts for him is the overall effect, which brings with it something dark and calming. Like all our exclusive pictures, there is also Lonely No. 1 as a poster, with or without a frame, in strips, or printed behind acrylic.
